Great design, the rooms and corridors are made to look like a luxury train. Spotless. The staff is helpful, they let us keep our rooms for a second night. At JT station, which means shopping and eating at your fingertips

Beautiful facilities with an outdoor hot spring bath on the roof with a magnificent view of the city! There is also a garden accessed from the lobby with a playground for kids and a shrine. Exceptionally convenient location above the JR station with access to food, shopping, and transit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is right next to Oita station making it easy to use the rail system. This was our 3rd stay here and one of the “plus” features is the complimentary use of the onsen bath at the 19th floor for its hotel guest. The hotel’s reception staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

location: Great! Great central location in Oita city. Right next to the train station, airport bus, shops and restaurants, and the attractions are within 15 mins walk. Others: very clean, new hotel and room size and price were good. They let me check in two hours early without extra charge which was rare in Japan. Rooftop hot spa was so enjoyable.

Conveniently located at the Oita Station, we thought it was a great stay. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor of the AMU Building (department store). If you are traveling by train or bus, we highly recommend! Convenient stores like Lawson and breakfast places like Mr. Donut are nearby. Staff were friendly and we would come back there again.

Connected to the JR station, so very easy to get to and from. Staff was courteous and helpful. High fluency in English. Facilities were clean and beautifully designed. Rooftop bath spa had great views of the city.

The hotel is very convenient to stay and travel around because it is next door to the train station and department store. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. I really enjoy the time there.

The location is excellent right outside the JR Oita and with lots of shops around. The onsen and the rooftop onsen was excellent.
